"Pauline, you don’t offer a “cookie cutter” course.
Rather, you’re so flexible you can work with individuals or groups while focusing on their specific
communications challenges. Your extensive knowledge and compassionate manner allows you to tell people hard
truths while giving them practical, effective communications techniques. You get to the point quickly and don't waste time. Each person I’ve sent to you comes
back a winner."
- Fortune 100 Company
Pauline Graivier, co-founder of Verbal Communications Inc., has developed and taught her unique communications
techniques for forty years. Key executives and management personnel, financial and high tech consultants,
attorneys, engineers, healthcare profesionals and sales representatives have all benefited from her training.
Once Pauline begins working with a client, they are often clients for life, returning for additional
coaching through the years. The president of one company requires all senior staff members to work with Pauline
on both interpersonal communications and presentation skills as part of their job responsibilities. This
expression of confidence in her skills is common.
Her best-selling book, Speak the Language of Success, co-authored with her late business partner Gloria Hoffman,
was published in hardcover by G.P. Putnam’s Sons and in paperback by Berkeley Books. Translated into two
different Chinese languages, it is published in Taiwan and mainland China. Pauline and Rob Hoffman write a
weekly communications advice column for The Dallas Morning News. They are regular commentators
on the PBS program, Nightly Business Report.
Pauline is pragmatic in her approach, down-to-earth in her philosophy and knows how to explain ideas in a
language her clients can retain. It is no wonder that so many clients depend on Verbal Communications Inc. for
their personal and business success.
Pauline attended the University of Texas and received her BS degree from Northwestern University. She is
an active March of Dimes volunteer on both state and national levels, receiving its national volunteer of
the year award. She is a member of Executive Women of Dallas and sits on the board of various philanthropic
organizations.
